Most questions get a faster answer here than by email. We respond to the form above during Pacific Time business hours. If your question is on this list, the linked page has more detail than we can fit in a reply, and you'll see the answer immediately.
How fast do you reply?
We aim to respond within one business day. Form submissions sent during the hours below typically receive a same-day reply; messages sent outside those hours are answered the next business morning.
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (same-day reply target)
- Saturday: Limited monitoring; allow up to 24 hours
- Sunday & Major US Holidays: Closed; first reply the next business day
What should I include?
Include your order number (format PH-XXXXX) for order-status questions, the product slug for product/COA questions, and a photo if you're reporting a damaged or short shipment. The more context you give in the first message, the fewer rounds of back-and-forth it takes to resolve.
Where can I check my order status?
The Track Order page returns tracking information faster than emailing us. We sync EasyPost tracking automatically; if the status hasn't updated in 48 hours after shipment, then it's time to write to us.
How do I read a certificate of analysis?

Can you recommend a peptide for [condition]?
No. Everything we supply is for in-vitro laboratory research only. We do not provide dosing, indication, or therapeutic guidance, and we cannot make compound-to-condition recommendations. For human-health questions, please consult a licensed clinician.
