1. DEFINITIONS - Key Terms Used in This Agreement

The following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth below throughout this Agreement:

2.4 Fraudulent Representation Consequences

• Violation of this Agreement
• Violation of any laws or regulations
• Third-party claims related to Client's activities
• Failure to properly warn individuals who may reasonably be expected to contact the products

7.2 No Responsibility of Medical Advisors

Any medical advisors or consultants named on the Website serve solely in a limited, non-clinical advisory capacity. They:

• Do not provide medical services through this Website
• Do not author, review, approve, or endorse site content or product claims
• Have no responsibility or liability for the Website, its products, marketing, customer communications, or outcomes

7.3 Duty to Warn

• Third-party contractors
• Emergency responders
• Waste disposal personnel

7.4 Complete Release

Client releases Peptide Hackers LLC and any medical advisors or consultants listed on the Website from all claims, known and unknown, arising from or related to the research peptides, compounds, or services provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
