Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Information

We strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding holidays and weekends.

Transit times within the US typically range from 2-4 days, depending on your location. However, please note that UPS, USPS, and FedEx may experience delays beyond our control. You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped. We recommend regularly checking your tracking updates for any delivery changes.

Delivery Delays: Please be aware that our delivery estimates are based on information from our carriers, including UPS and USPS. These carriers may face delays in transferring and delivering your packages, which could slightly affect delivery times. Please monitor your tracking regularly for updates on your order.

Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received: It is not uncommon for carriers to mark an order as delivered before it actually arrives at your address. If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please wait 72 hours from the delivery time. We also suggest checking with your neighbors in case it was mistakenly delivered to them. If you still haven’t received your order after 72 hours, please contact us.

Products Returned to Sender: For US orders, if your order is returned to the sender due to reasons such as an incorrect or misspelled address, we may be able to reship the order to you for a fee of $7.99. If the package is lost due to an address error made by the customer, it is at the discretion of Peptide Hackers to determine the amount of refund or credit, if any, that will be issued.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of new, unopened, and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of the order date. Refunds will be issued minus the shipping charges, which are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Missing Items: If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the package. Once we verify the claim, we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and weighed prior to shipping to prevent fraudulent claims. You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the package.

Refunds (if applicable): Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@peptidehackers.com.

Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.

Changing/Cancelling Orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Please double-check your shopping cart before checking out to ensure it is correct. We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel orders, as many are shipped the same business day. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
