Peptide Hackers FAQ
Orders, Advice, and Local Pickup
No. Peptide Hackers is a research supply company. We are not a clinic, not a pharmacy, and we do not run a medical practice at our locations.
No. All products are sold for research use only. They are not for human or animal use, and they are not sold as drugs, food, or dietary supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
No. We do not give medical advice. We do not discuss your health problems, diagnoses, symptoms, medications, or treatment plans. If you have a medical question, you must speak with a licensed health care provider who knows your history.
No. We do not provide dosing, cycles, timing, frequency, or protocols for any product. We will not tell you how much to take, when to take it, or how long to use it. Any decisions about dose or use are between you and your own health care provider.
No. We do not train or coach anyone on mixing, injecting, or using any product. Staff will not demonstrate injection sites, needle size, mixing technique, or storage beyond what is printed on the label or shown on the product page.
No. We do not review labs, imaging, or medical records. We do not comment on what your doctor did or should have done. Our role is limited to selling research products.
No. We do not match products to diseases, diagnoses, or personal goals. We do not tell you which peptide is best for weight loss, joint pain, hormones, or any other condition. Any education on the site is general information only and is not personal advice.
Yes. You must place and pay for your order online before you come to pick up. There is no in person browsing, no walk in shopping, and no payment at the counter. If there is no order in the system, staff cannot sell you anything.
Go to the Peptide Hackers website, create or log in to your account, add items to your cart, check out, and complete payment. Make sure all contact details, including phone and email, are correct so you receive your order updates.
Wait until you receive a ready for pickup message by email or text. That means your order is packed and available. If you come before that, staff cannot release it.
Bring your order number and a valid government ID that matches the name on the order. For security and compliance, we may refuse release if the ID does not match or looks suspicious.
Only the person whose name is on the order can pick up, unless we have written authorization in advance through customer support and staff approves it. Do not send a driver or friend without arranging this ahead of time.
Due to the nature of research products, all sales are final once the order leaves our control. We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used items. If there is a clear packing error or damage in transit, contact support immediately with photos so we can review it.
Staff can help with order status, pickup instructions, basic product availability, and simple website issues such as account or payment problems. Staff cannot give medical advice, dosing guidance, cycle design, or personalized product recommendations.
If shipping is available in your area, you will see it as an option at checkout. All shipping options, rates, and estimates are shown on the site. Pickup rules still apply to pickup orders even if shipping also exists.
To keep roles clean and protect everyone. You control your own health care with your own provider. We stay in our lane as a research supply company. That means no medical advice, no dosing or protocol advice, and no in person sales without an online order already placed and confirmed.
